I recently graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in the summer of this year, studying financial services at an honours level. I am now looking for the opportunity to take all I have learned and the skills I have gained and put them to use in the professional world of finance.
Throughout the final year of my studies, the main focus was on consumer behaviour, taxation, and global financial markets, amongst many other subjects. However, these three were the ones that interested me the most and are the ones that I feel are most transferable to the real world. I achieved an A in all three of these modules therefore showing my ability to learn in differing areas. While studying and also in my personal life, I have gained advanced knowledge of Excel and the many uses of the software, as well as the other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Along with studying, I have also gained many life skills from my current job at the Grange & Broughty Golf Club, working as a bartender and waiter. This includes social interpersonal skills such as problem-solving, teamwork within larger and smaller teams, and communicating with varying types of people while treating everyone equally.

I am frequently told by customers that I am easy to talk to and that enhance their visits to the golf club.
