Since graduating from University in 2015, I have worked within the financial industry as a Dealing Senior Associate, Client Service Manager and a Senior Transitions Specialist . I am an ambitious person who is ready to progress into management and undertake a new challenge in the Financial industry. I have developed many skills over my time in this industry so far, and am ready to take the next step in my career.

I am a very social person and enjoy spending time with friends, family and colleagues. Having studied film, this is now a strong hobby of mine. I am a big sports fan and regularly attend sporting events as well as being an active golfer.

Experience

Schroders: Senior Transitions & ISA Specialist, City of London,- Dec 2022 - Present In this role, I work within Middle Office of the Cazenove Capital branch of Schroders. I work closely with our Back Office Transfers team, and our Client Teams, to facilitate GIA, ISA & SIPP cash and In Specie transfers. I oversee Junior Administrators, whilst managing workload and their training.

I have implemented several change of processes since joining, to streamline the client experience. I am part of the Leadership group within my team, and enjoy overseeing projects and working with diﬀerent areas of the Business

Transact: Client Service Manager, City of London, - Sept 2017 - Dec 2022

In this role, I was the first port of call to answer any Financial Adviser and direct client queries, both over the phone and via email, whilst maintaining a good rapport and building relationships. On a daily basis I dealt with a variety of tax wrappers such as ISA’s, GIA’s, Pension’s, Onshore & Oﬀshore Bonds. I actioned investment instructions as well as being a Transfer Specialist within my department, who helps oversee the completion of a variety of complex transfers onto the platform.

IFDS: Dealing Services Senior Associate, Basildon, Essex - Aug 2016 - Sept 2017

IFDS is a global strategic partner for investor and policy holder administration and technology services. My responsibilities included processing ISA, OEICs and Unit Trust applications, completing stock transfers for large quantities of money, quality checking that processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
