I have been cooking for over 20 years as both a profession and passion. Having done private chef work alongside various busy ventures I am now looking to pursue private chef work full time. I have a passion for all cuisines from family style meals to fine dining parties or occasions.
I love making fresh breads and pastries and am looking for a role where I can be creative and deliver unpretentious exception food. I have a passion for foraging and growing my own vegetables. I am confident cooking asian cuisine, modern British, classic French and middle eastern cuisine but love to learn and grow more and more as a chef.
From the age of 15 I have worked in professional kitchens. In my mid 20's I became business partners in 2 award winning fish restaurants. I then when on to open an award winning gastro pub. I was the head chef and owner in both businesses.
Whilst running my businesses I would pick up occasional private chef work for individual clients. I still have these clients to this day and will cater for them a few times a year. I have cooked and am confident in may cuisines, always to a high standard and with the best ingredients.
Having had various restaurants and pubs I am very confident in front of house roles and have always enjoyed being able to meet and chat to guests.
