About
I am a graduate Games Designer with a strong foundation in level design, gameplay systems, prototyping, and player-focused design, developed through both my degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and practical industry experience. Throughout my studies I have built a diverse portfolio of projects that demonstrate my passion for creating engaging gameplay, immersive environments, and memorable player experiences. I am proficient in Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, and collaborative development tools including Jira, GitHub, Figma, and HacknPlan.
I enjoy taking projects from the initial concept stage through to implementation, continually refining designs through playtesting and user feedback to create intuitive and enjoyable gameplay. My industry experience includes a placement with Playdemic, where I worked alongside QA and Design teams to test gameplay, identify bugs, and contribute ideas for future features and level concepts. In June 2026, I was also invited to appear on The Apprentice as a game playtester, evaluating games created by the candidates and providing feedback on gameplay, usability, and opportunities for improvement.
I am a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented designer who enjoys collaborating with others, solving design challenges, and continually developing my skills. I am now looking for an opportunity to begin my career within the games industry, where I can contribute to innovative projects while continuing to grow as a Game Designer and Level Designer.
