I’m a 25 year old chef in Swindon. I’ve been in kitchens since I was an apprentice chef at 16. I have a passion for meats, BBQ and bread baking.
From a young age I’ve been interested in the food industry. Whilst I was young I learnt all of my cooking skills from family and cook books. Once I left school I started my real food career. Starting in the Oyster catcher pub as an apprentice in Polzeath, Cornwall to mastering my culinary skills in The slipway, port Isaac using fish and Lobster fresh off the fishing boats. I also spent time refining my breakfast recipes and working with meat such as steak, ribs and sausages. I then moved on to Malcolm barnecutt bakery as I wanted to learn how a bakery runs and I loved every minute there too.
most recently I have completed courses including food hygiene, cellar management and allergen courses to name a few.
