I am currently in year 2 of studying a foundation degree in animal science under the university of Plymouth. I plan to carry on to year 3 to gain my full degree. I desire to have a career with animals especially within the behavioral aspect in the industry.
I am a very passionate and caring individual that likes to educate people and make a difference to lives. If I was to describe myself, I would say I was very hard working and outgoing individual who is bubbly, very easy going and keen to learn new skills.

Changing fresh linin, Polishing, Hoovering, Changing bins, Window cleaning.

As a Dartmoor Zoo volunteer my roles and responsibilities involved:
Public engagement and talks up to 30 people, Close encounter sessions (one to one sessions with members of the public educating them about a range of different animals), Cleaning animal enclosures, Animal observations, training, feeding and health checks, following out and practicing strict zoo protocols

My roles and responsibilities at Southwest Equine Protection consisted of:
Cleaning out stables, undertaking behavioral studies on ponies, inspecting welfare reports on wild pony, Training ponies to be rehomed, Enrichment making, Deep cleaning stable yard.
May 2017 to May 2018
My roles and responsibilities at Pippins Cattery involve:
Cleaning out enclosures, Feeding and health checking cats, Helping provide medication to cats, prepare enclosures for new arrivals, Greeting customers.
