Football coaching

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for children aged 10–11
• Develop fundamental football skills including passing, dribbling, shooting, and teamwork
• Create a positive, inclusive environment to build confidence and enjoyment
• Organise small-sided games to improve match awareness and decision-making
• Manage behaviour and encourage respect, discipline, and sportsmanship
• Adapt coaching methods to suit different abilities and learning styles
• Lead the team during matches, including basic tactics and substitutions
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to support player development
• Ensure player safety and follow safeguarding guidelines at all times
