My professional journey has been defined by impactful roles in IT support. As an Onsite Support Analyst at Danone, I provided essential IT assistance to a wide user base, ensuring seamless operations for over 700 individuals across multiple locations. This encompassed hands-on tasks like server maintenance, hardware replacements, and software upgrades, along with conducting training sessions and facilitating technical setups.

My time at CGI as an Apprentice Service Desk Technical Analyst further honed my skills. Operating in a 5-star service desk, I adeptly resolved numerous IT software and hardware issues while prioritizing excellent customer service. This role also involved meticulous incident tracking to ensure compliance with client agreements.

(Hons) Upper Second-Class Honours Degree in Computer Science from Leeds Beckett University, where I gained comprehensive knowledge in Advanced Software Engineering, Applied Data Analytics, Mobile App Development, Cloud Computing, Operating Systems in Practice, and completed a notable App Development Team Project.
