I am a hardworking and enthusiastic 18-year-old student having recently finished studying A-Levels in History, Business Studies, and Criminology at SFX Sixth Form College in Woolton, Liverpool. I have gained valuable retail experience working as a Customer Assistant at John Lewis, where I developed strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. My role involved assisting customers with their enquiries, handling cash and card transactions accurately, participating in stock takes, and ensuring the shop floor remained well stocked and organised.

This experience has strengthened my ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. I am reliable, eager to learn, and confident working both independently and as part of a team, and I am looking for a part-time role where I can continue to develop my skills while making a positive contribution.
