In my current role of Field analyst, we analyse data that is processed through various daily reports, we then choose the correct outcome of what happens once we have analysed all the data for the various subjects.

• In my previous role i dealt with subjects, the police, and various other agencies, over the telephone and in writing
• Running excel reports for the large number of reports we complete daily as well as checking on the welfare of the subjects and requesting visits where necessary
• Previously assisting the GPS team with alerts and breaches, and training a number of the new staff members
• Raising queries to management and/or the police when necessary, which requires my knowledge of their remits to be up to date
• Following up on other queries set by members of my team when they are busy or unavailable
• Answering queries which can come directly from subjects, law enforcement officers, courts, and various agencies, and transferring to the correct departments when I cannot help
• Making outgoing calls to the subjects to maintain the Service Level Agreements
• Logging all work onto the company provided database (Logger) to ensure that an accurate audit trail is available at all times for all cases

This was my first employment following higher education in professional cookery, I spent my time learning the workings of a kitchen, being a chef, and the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. I also starting using my cooking skills by preparing dishes for the menu.
