I have over 20 years of customer service experience and the work I have done within my local community and family and friends, allows me now fulfill my work and educational journey to become a qualified school counsellor and key worker, with years of motivating and helping others I would know like to work as a professional in this area of well-being.

I come from a customer service background and have the ability to work and communicate with all using digital resources and able to be an effective team member or lead.

I believe in Honesty and following protocols and procedures in the best interest of the individual and service standards and to adhere by the code of conduct set out by an organisation or business.

I am a organised individual that is able to complete a task independently or as part of a team, I understand the importance of time and the importance to meet deadlines as part of a team or independently.

I have been out of work whilst raising my children and am now able to focus on work and the larger community.

I thrive on giving back and helping others, whilst advising close friends and family members when needed, I have worked with other Agencies whilst unemployed to help others and support within my local community to access Housing, funding, childcare, and legal advice.
