Hi :) My name is Jacqueline and I have been working as a chef for the past 12 years whilst travelling the world. I have worked as a Head Chef in the French alps, on a liveaboard boat on the great barrier reef ..onboard a private yach in Melbourne Harbour. I also love hosting occasional dinner parties and supper clubs.
My journey as a chef has allowed me to learn alot about different cuisines but my biggest passion has been bringing nutrition and human health into the main focus of what I create. I love to create delicious and nutrient dense meals to my clients and also pride myself on the professional and caring relationships I forge with clients to ensure the best delivery in what I do.
In my spare time I deliver community cooking classes each week which focus on health and wellness, foraging and food preservation. I also love to travel and learn about food as I go, I love to keep fit through practicing pilates and yoga.
One thing that I think stands out about my cooking is my focus on always delivering delicious food which is really healthy and makes you feel good from the inside out.
My last job was Catering in a high end Shoot Catering Company as a Sous chef preparing healthy and delicious breakfast and lunchtime meals for busy crews. Catering for up to 250 people per day.
I work part time as a community and corporate cooking class chef
Experience running my own kitchen for up to 60 guests per night
