I have worked over 39 years in the NHS and am looking to find part time employment either within or out of the NHS to diversify my skill set and gain experience in other areas of work. I am non judgmental, open honest and approachable being pragmatic in my thinking. I work well in a team whilst also have initiative to work alone.
I have managed a caseload of children and families for over 30 years being responsible and accountable for identifying health needs in children and adults and have had a large responsibility in prevention and reducing risk in safeguarding children and adults working together in multi-professional teams to meet the needs identified. I have completed courses in baby massage, counseling, teaching adults in further education besides my qualifications in nursing, midwifery and health visiting.
