I am an experienced support worker, that has been working within care for 16 years.) with experience such as complex care and supporting care users with learning difficulties. At present, I am working as a support worker to adults with complex care and I have built strong relationships with the clients and families I work with. I have been able to build these relationships throughout my career with being approachable and empathetic, as well as being reliable, punctual, and a team player, for example, some clients requiring a team of support workers.
I am also very well organized such as arranging day trips with clients, organizing appointments on behalf of clients and client record keeping. I am looking for a new job role as I want to expand my career within care and continue to add to my experience.
