Jaden Lee-Williams

My name is Jaden Lee-Williams. I have a vast amount of experience within the education sector and working with young people. This has been my passion for some time and I have always felt the need to have an impact on the lives of young people and help develop them in the best way possible.

This is demonstrated in the completion of my Education degree as well as a PGCE. These qualifications have given me 4 years of experience in education in the academic world as well as experiences working directly with young people.

Due to these experiences, I have developed several skills within this area and can efficiently work with young people in a variety of different environments. These include experience in implementing and innovating methods of educating young people, managing the behaviour of young people, supporting young people academically, and above all else, committing myself to the well-being and growth of young people.

In addition to this, I am also a fluent Welsh speaker and hold a full UK driver's license and a car.

2020-Current: Seasonal Crew Member

• Greet customers and handle payments via a POS system fulfilling over 1500+ orders per shift.
• Prepared raw food materials for cooking 30 world-famous menu items.
• Maintained clean dining areas, restrooms, and workstations by routinely sweeping, mopping, and replenishing supplies.
• Work with my team to maintain smooth operations and high customer service standards during high-volume rushes.

2018-2019: Customer Assistant

• Worked directly with customers to ensure that any problems or concerns were dealt with
• Worked directly with colleagues as a team to ensure that items were distributed to shelves correctly 
• Efficiently managed stock to ensure a structured warehouse
• Utilised Tesco technology to scan items and find out product information.

2016-2018: Customer Assistant

• Playzone holds parties for children and up to 40 children can have one party at once. Through this, I have experience in dealing with several requests at the same time and working efficiently under pressure
