I am currently studying business and marketing management in my second year at Oxford Brookes university and my expected mark is a 2:1 grade. I am a hard worker with a proven work ethic against a background of adversity as a result of my dyslexia, this in turn has meant that I have needed to develop a high degree of resilience and sound lateral problem-solving skills. These have come into play during my first year at Oxford Brookes in the subject developing academic skills, where we did a practice exercise of creating an advert for our jeans brand which can be seen on my LinkedIn.
Now I wish to further hone my skills and so now I am looking for an entry level marketing position. I have a proven track record of being a good team player with strong interpersonal skills this has been developed through my role playing in numerous team sports both at school and now at university, together with participating in the school CCF where I was selected for officer training and now the ROTC which is helping me develop my skill set. In my sixth form at school, I have also been selected to be a senior prefect and deputy head of house.
I was chosen for these roles as I have strong interpersonal skills, high integrity, and a caring nature.
