I am Puerto Rican who has come to Belfast to pursue a degree in Translation at Queen’s University Belfast. I have just finished my master’s degree and am aiming to duve into the world of translation.
I have done translation work before as a freelance translator. My first experience would be when I translated from English to Spanish and vice versa for a documentary for an orphanage in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Additionally, I worked with other translators to translate the documentary film Guardians of the Flame, from English to Spanis.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Puerto Rico and I have just finished a Master’s Degree in Translation at Queen’s University Belfast.
