I am a hard working , honest individual who possess excellent work ethics. I have always held managerial roles in various organisations. My I can do attitude and business acumen has always help me to achieve financial targets in given deadlines.

Being a pharmacy Manager one thing is gaurented that no day will be the same. You are always on your toes and have to be ready for constant changing work load. Work environment is challenging and at the same time it keeps my brain active. Job it self teaches you so many different skills such as interpersonal skills, people management, work management, time management and most Importantly never be a complacent.

Being a Medicinal Chemistry student was satisfying as well as exciting. I Worked on bezodiazepine project, where I used to carry out synthesis of Diazepine analogues.. The project itself taught me valuable skills that help so much in Professional life.

You have proven path that works on paper but may not work in conical flask. You always have to have plan B ready. Be prepared to face the failure , thinks out side of the box, what else you can do and what have you learnt.

All those evaluatio skills were devloped at University. I was also a representative for my batch students.
