As a Motor Claims Insurance Assessor I deal as the first point of contact for customers when they call in or email us to report an accident. I will also liaise very closely with other departments who are involved with the claim such as the Engineering Team, Repairers and Brokers. I always ensure I give high levels of customer service when dealing with customers and ensure that service levels and productivity levels are always maintained.
I have helped out with building various training packages and rolling them out to new starters with regards to the knowledge I have had with my previous roles within Davies. My Manager will also call on me frequently to take on ad hoc tasks for them as they know I will complete to deadlines and to a high standard.
