At Town Crier I work as a bartender, this means that I have to handle customers requests, deliver them excellent customer service and support and also have to operate a till system and provide the correct change which I do so correctly.

At McCooley's Concert Square I was a bartender where I would work long nights providing the customers with above satisfactory drinks. From bartending at McCooley's Concert Square I have learnt how to perfectly pour and create drinks.

At Fazenda I was a waiter on floor primarily this meant my job was to serve the customers, which I did so effectively listening to what they needed while I also provided a friendly service for them as to make their experience better. Working at Fazenda taught me how to be even more proactive, a greater team player, how to be welcoming and personal to customers and the skills to be a waiter.

Working at tenpin bowling I was trained in 6 departments compared to the other employees who would be trained in generally 2-3 departments, this shows that I am well adaptable, trainable and work many different roles, and hungry to do more. At tenpin my main role was bartender and working on reception, where I booked in people to bowl so I have experience working on a computer in a work environment. I had to work in a fast-paced environment where I had to listen to and follow customers specific requests, which I accomplished successfully.
Working at tenpin managers would rely on me to do the more important tasks, such as bringing in stock, this shows that I got on well with the managers and that I am well trusted.

While working at Grosvenor Garden Centre my main job was on the tills. This has allowed me to learn skills such as how to operate a till, how to provide the best service for the customer and how to work effectively within in a team in a work environment. While working at the garden centre I would be sent to other departments through out the centre where I would restock shelves so I have learnt how shelve items and help customers find products.
Volunteer Teaching Assistant - Huntington Primary School - Chester - Chester
I have volunteered to help at Huntington Primary School on their residential trips and other occasions where help is needed. This volunteer work shows I am well trusted and that I am mature and respected, applying this to a workplace I can transfer these skills to stay mature in a workplace and help customers with what they need doing.
