As a part-time role whilst in full-time education at 6th form, I was a kiosk team leader on matchdays at Millwall FC for Centerplate who provide food and beverages for matchday customers. My team leader duties included be responsible for how the kiosk was run and making sure all colleagues were on task and stock taking before and after each matchday event. I was also responsible for handling cash and signing in the takings to the stand manager.
