I’m a highly motivated and passionate chef I spent 3 years at college studying catering getting a merit in my PCD LVL 3 catering diploma. I love to learn new cooking techniques and enjoy the buzz of a busy kitchen rush.

Whilst being at the shoulder of mutton I have learnt my section and have taken more steps working closely with the head chef to help develop the menu. I've been working with costing, profit margins and working to a budget as well as reducing food waste by helping plan weekly specials using all potentially wasted products.

The head chef left, and I proceeded to take on the role of kitchen manager. This involved me fully managing the kitchen in all aspects, as well as hiring and training new members of staff.

In my role, I was the sole chef delivering high quality meal on the grill section. In this fast paced environment, we served up to 200 covers in a day, and only used fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
