I am a positive, ambitious and results driven 26 year old looking for a long term career in Dubai.
I have 7 years experience working in facilities management, starting off as an administrator before moving up to management level which I have 5 years of experience in.
This is a field I am extremely strong in and feel I can keep improving In with a willingness to learn and achieve each day in my working life.
I see my long term future in this field and have made it my goal for that to happen in Dubai, where I have family who have resided for 15 years, meaning the relocation process would be smooth and I would look to commence employment as soon as I had worked my notice period in my current role.
I feel like my motivation, passion for the field and eagerness to improve would make me an asset to any organisation, I have age on my side and feel I could be a long term benefit to a role.
I currently work for a nationwide UK soft FM company for GCC facilities management as a field service manager. I am responsible for the work that is completed in the North of the UK by our cleaning technicians, on our £2million PPM and reactive contract with the premier inn hotel chain. I am responsible for 11 technicians based all over the North, it is my job to complete site audits to identify areas to improve, allocate stock and machinery to the technicians, complete work alongside them when necessary to ensure the schedule is completed, induct new members of staff and train them to the required standard and approve and record any sickness or holidays.
My most recent qualification was a level 3 certificate from the institute of workplace facilities management. This was achieved in June 2021 and covered aspects of facilities management such as Tendering, MEP, hard and soft facilities management and the history of FM.
