• Role includes checking the van over ensuring it is road worthy and presentable (Lights work, no leaks or engine lights, clean).
• Analyse paperwork and load the van in correct order of drop order.
• Navigate to customer addresses safely and efficiently to ensure van contents do not get damaged.
• Safely park as close to customer address as possible and handover their shopping upholding Asda company values and leaving the customer satisfied with their experience.
• Arrive back to Asda at end of shift ensuring van is left in a clean and respectable condition for the next driver.

Customer Assistant Nights at Morrisons (2025-02 – 2025-10)

• Fast paced working environment involves unloading pallets and stocking the shelves to maximum capacity as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring store is presentable and fully stocked for re-opening.

Customer Assistant Nights at Asda (2023-11 – 2024-09)

In this role my shift started at 10pm however the store didn't close until 12am.

• Role involved unloading pallets into specific aisles and stocking shelves quickly and efficiently.
• Should customers need assistance all effort was made to ensure their needs were met.
• Time management and calmness under pressure were vital skills needed for this role for all business and customer needs to be met.

Construction Office Assistant at NATTA (2022-07 – 2022-09)

This role included a wide variety of tasks vital for the operation and upkeep of the site office. During my time at NATTA the company was shifting from physical documents to all documents being online, my task was to scan all site documents and upload them to the online website where they can be accessed by all other staff nationwide.

• Other tasks include keeping the site office clean from the occasional dirt brought in by site staff and locate documentation for other members of staff upon their request.
• At the end of each week, I was tasked to add up construction staff timecards and assign correct pay in line with hours worked during the week, this was an important task and required a high level of concentration, patience and attention to detail to ensure staff were paid correctly.
