Jake Spencer

I am a qualified and experienced composite technician with a wide range of experience within the composites industry who has been fortunate enough to work with formula one teams and other very capable composite companies with strong client bases.

A qualified composite fitter, proficient in trimming, fitting and assembling. My range of experience covers work on aerospace, motorsport and Formula 1 components. I am used to working in a fast paced, ever changing environment and I am quick thinking and reactive to challenges, all whilst maintaining elite standards.

I have excellently time keeping skills and I am willing to work additional hours and days in order to meet company deadlines. I am enthusiastic and ready to progress my career within the composite industry and I have a passion to continue to further develop my ever-growing skill set. I am a team player, and I am at a point where I feel I am wanting to learn new skills and better my current skill set.

I am a fast learner and highly motivated,

within a team or lone working. I am motivated to always achieve and deliver above and beyond what is expected with whatever task I have.
