I'm a commercial and client relationship professional with experience across NHS/public-sector procurement and industrial procurement, strategic account growth, integrated supply knowledge and multi-site operational account leadership. I currently work as a Commercial Advisor for North London at NHS Shared Business Services, advising NHS customers on various procurement routes, frameworks and compliant solutions across North, East and Central London. I have a strong record of opening and developing challenging regions, growing London regional activity from £51m to £138m since 2023.

Commercial Advisor - North London at NHS Shared Business Services (2021-01 – Present)

Advise/share expertise to NHS procurement customers at Category C level, matching requirements to NHS SBS frameworks, compliant contract routes and savings-led solutions. Promoted from Engagement Support Manager.

• Lead client and project meetings across North, East and Central London, converting requirements into work plans, delivery actions, risks and timescales.
• Grown the London regional activity from £51m to £138m since 2023 by creating traction in a previously low-client patch and connecting NHS stakeholders to internal procurement expertise, growing personal key contact lists and becoming an extended arm to a clients procurement team. Being more of a trusted team member to the client than a provider.
• Built and strengthened relationships with Barts Health NHS Trust, East London ICS, North West London Procurement ICS and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
• Carried out at the North West London ICB Medicines a Optimization Software opportunity, identifying 5% cash-releasing savings potential, rising to up to 30% with full implementation.
• Carried out at Barts Health Hybrid Mail (£5m) and Car Park (£14m) opportunities with internal specialist teams.
• Present NPS scores, spend analysis, engagement progress, account plans and risks to senior internal stakeholders; represent NHS SBS at healthcare conferences.
• Built new strategic date led, business planning using data companies such as Tussell. Region wide to become proactive in the market.

Engagement Support Manager at NHS Shared Business Services (2021-01)

Promoted into Commercial Advisor role.

• Supported the Head of Engagement with strategic planning, regional engagement approaches and preparation for the NHS Integrated Care System (ICS) model.
• Created a live master client and engagement document, improving visibility of trust relationships, current activity, risks and follow-up actions across the team.
• Built clearer reporting around NPS scores, spend analysis, compliance activity and regional engagement, turning fragmented updates into business insights.
• Brought Business Development Executives, Client Solutions Directors and Commercial Advisors together through a monthly cross-functional approach to support the ICS engagement model.

Client Relationship Executive at IESA (2017 – 2020)

Progressed through a graduate program across Accounts Payable, Business Implementation, Stock Control and team leadership before promotion to Client Relationship Executive.

• Oversaw operational performance and commercial arrangements for Rolls-Royce (£30m contract) and British Steel (£60m contract), acting as a key client contact.
• Led multi-site stores teams of up to 20, including site managers, buyers and stores staff; managed 1:1s, development plans, resource planning, recruitment and training.
• Produced and presented monthly and quarterly KPI, invoicing and operational reports to senior client management, identifying anomalies, risks and required actions.
• Supported business implementations for British Steel, Kerry Foods (Ireland), Burton's Biscuits and Rolls-Royce, working closely with the PMO and relocating when required.
• Created and managed an accounts-payable process for a project, recovering £2m of aged debt before financial year end.
