I successfully completed my training in hotel management at the Tourism School in Bad Gleichenberg (education focus gastronomy). I was able to demonstrate my practical skills at different excellent restaurants. I also got an insight into the different areas of responsibility and daily operations of the companies.
I started my journey in London with the opening of 45 Park Lane by Wolfgang Puck. It has been a great chance for me to learn and understand the responsibilities of a hotel opening. Right after that I took the opportunity to work for some Michelin Stars Chefs like Joel Robuchon, Helene Darroze and Ann Sophie Pic which gave me some experience and knowledge about cooking and leading a team.
Currently I am working as Chef de Cuisine at Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square. I am overlooking the All-day dining Restaurant, IRD, Afternoon Tea, Events, and our Staff Restaurant. My main responsibilities are monitoring the Service, Menu design, Hiring, Maintain Health and Safety and Cost Control.
I´m eager to learn, motivated and like to work in team but also comfortable working alone to complete tasks.
