• Oversee and manage the Installations Diary Team on a daily basis, ensuring all staff are supported and trained
• Book and coordinate installations for our nationwide fitting teams, providing services to insurance clients and their customers
• Arrange initial survey appointments when new claims are received, working closely with surveyors to meet client expectations
