I'm a business managment graduate, just looking for an opportunity. Whatever role I'm in i always give my all into it. I'm reilable and loyal as I dont jump jobs frequently. All I want to do is build and improve my current skills and gain new ones along the way.
Tesco Yeading– Customer Assistant (May 2015 – April 2021)
Job Description: As a customer assistant for the biggest retailer in the country I am the face of the company and first line of who the customer can interact and get their problems dealt with and must uphold the company policies well as well as to meet the customer’s satisfaction. Also provide a swift service and communicate in a friendly manner with customers to maintain a good image of Tesco.
o Providing great customer service throughout to customers on a day to day basis and to meet customer satisfactions by directing them to aisle of their desired item to.
o Being patient with inpatient customers who are in distress or frustrated due to items being out of stock or when the store is about to close. This has given me many traits such as good communication and problem-solving skills when dealing with customers.
Customer Assistant Representative - (April 2019 - June 2020)
My main responsibility was to assist customers travelling on the London Overground and to engage with passengers and provide them stress-free and efficient travelling experience, I assist customers with their inquiries and deliver excellent customer service during periods of disruption, helping to manage crowds and assisting with onward journeys.
Wincanton(April 2021-Nov 2022)- Waitrose Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) Delivery Driver- Agency DL(Nov 2022-Current)
My responsibilities with this role is to greet and deliver customers their shopping on time, while also providing excellent customer service. This meant if there is any problems with the customers shopping, I’ll have to resolve it quickly in a courteous and efficient mind. Which consisted of refunding and taking back unwanted items or giving items that were substituted for free (It’s on Us) to satisfy the customer’s needs.
Other things I had to was give calls ahead of time to let customers know when I’ll be arriving to them, so they can plan out their day as everything I did was in the mind of the customer. Also, I had to daily vehicle checks before and after my shift, to see if the vehicle is following correct procedures for the next route schedule for it. I had to keep in mind of key performance indicators (KPI’s) with every delivery I made.
This role is very hands on, involves heavy lifting/handling and variety.
