An adaptable and responsible graduate seeking a role in an engineering or related subject. During my degree I successfully combined my studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. In short, I am reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.

Currently working as a Payments Operations Administrator at Liberty Global SSC with responsibilities across the Purchase to Pay (P2P) including invoice query and payment handling aswell monthly reporting on KPIs related to the P2P process within the business.

I have previously worked in a role as a Customer Experience Advisor at Capita Plc. There I specifically worked within the retentions sector for O2 successfully providing customers with deals aswell as cross-selling other products and conducting general query handling.

I studied Mechanical Engineering as an integrated masters (MEng) at Bradford University, achieving a 1st Class in my degree.
