A commercially aware skilled production manager with a strong carpentry / cabinet making background, used to working for both small and large companies. Proactive and conscientious I work well as part of a team but can also work autonomously as often required. Joined as a self employed Project Manager at DIAGON which is an events / exhibition company that works with high end clients such as BURBERRY, CHANNEL, BRIT AWARDS, SAMSUNG etc. My role saw projects start with a clients brief as to what they wanted to achieve, right through to design, production, installation, dismantle and de-brief. My skill set is varied, as there are many trades onsite at any one time that needed direction.

Joined as a Project Manager in the exhibition department and within the first 12 months was promoted to Production Manager overseeing all projects in the exhibition department. My job role sees that I work on every part of the given project from concept design with the client, through to budget, estimate, sign off, manufacture, logistics, install to hand over and account wash up to de-brief. I also research other supply companies to keep HartWilcox competitive in their costings.
I have learnt a great deal, having a natural talent for organising and leadership, as well as my practical know-how means I am able to design with the design studio but also understand in detail how the concept will be produced by our suppliers once agreed with the client.
