I have worked at Journey Hospitality Ltd for the last 12 years where I have played a number of different roles and responsibilities. With each change has come new challenges and responsibilities but with the previous responsibilities are still very much part of my day-to-day. I have been pivotal and fully involved in helping the business grow from the team of 10, when I joined, to the team of 130 that we are now.
