Responsibilities
- Source of knowledge for students using the study spaces, for example general IT enquiries and printer problems.
- The correct behaviour and use of spaces by the students, including quiet study as well as a no hot food policy.
- Responsible for the maintenance, health and safety and fire safety of the study spaces in 1-19 Torrington Place.
Achievements
- Wrote and collaborated on two articles for the December Issue of UCL’s Peer Review, the February issue with other members of the team, and currently working on an article for the May issue on Wellbeing. I will be writing about spiritual and intellectual wellbeing. I created a number of illustrations as images for the December Issue.
- Helped cover library services over the Christmas Break in the Student Centre.
- Helped in coding the findings of a major UCL survey on the use and thoughts of students on the study, social and university experiences. I was also involved in formulating student engagement with the survey by creating posters and a QR code linking to the survey.

Achievements
- Continued to maintain a profit, exceeding monthly personal sales targets, particularly due to hot drink sales.
- Running the shop repeatedly without the support of managers who were ill, or absent or team leaders.
