My passion for human connection and helping others made me fall in love with recruiting. I'm passionate about solving problems, sourcing, data-driven storytelling, developing creative talent strategies, building relationships, training and development, and coaching and mentoring others.
I am very driven and passionate with a strong entrepreneurial zeal. I hold myself and others to a high standard. I value accountability and integrity both inside and outside of the workplace. My passion, creativity, and thirst to learn drive me daily in a way that no amount of caffeine can.
Determined to succeed, I have made it through plenty of hardships to make it to this point in my life. However, I have overcome them and continue to power on vigilantly in the pursuit to make the world a better place for me and you, because I believe if we do not have the future in mind then we are blind to the possibilities set before us.
