With my analytical approach I enjoy using my problem-solving skills to deliver real solutions in creating and streamlining code to produce efficient and accurate results. I have a track-record of working collaboratively with global teams within an international company and as a fast leaner I can adapt my abilities to new challenges and roles. I take pride in delivering high quality solutions to complex problems.

I have extensive administrative, systems support, database management and reporting experience in a target driven environment from my current and previous roles at Abercrombie & Kent. My friendly personality means that I work well as part of a team and enjoy doing so, while my self-motivation means that I am reliable in working effectively alone too. I am also a fast learner and have an ability to be able to quickly pick up concepts, skills and competence in new systems and ideas.

My most recent roles include providing 2nd and 3rd level support for the Travel Studio reservation system (by Open Destinations) and related applications, SQL database management, management of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and development and support of Microsoft Power BI reports to the Abercrombie & Kent global group of companies.
