Bioveterinary Science graduate (BSc Hons, 2:1) from the University of Liverpool with strong practical experience in a working environment covering livestock management, animal health and welfare. Experienced handling of cattle, sheep and pigs through academic training, industry placements and six months working at a cattle feedlot in Australia caring for 26,000 head where I monitored and treated cattle health on a daily basis. Observational, organisational and teamwork skills were all enhanced throughout academic and working experiences with a strong commitment to animal welfare, biosecurity and sustainable livestock management and production.
