A versatile and well-rounded software engineering graduate from Makers Academy, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development, particularly in Javascript and html. Completed numerous projects from scratch and built upon pre-existing code, staying on the cutting edge of emerging technologies. Currently working on several ongoing projects to enhance my coding abilities and further understanding of the field.

My most recent role was working as the sole Full Stack software engineer for UnHerd Ventures on a fixed-term contract. In this role I primarily worked on the front end, using Javascript, HTML, and CSS, helping them revitalize their website while performing some much-needed maintenance on their back end. This time helped me better tune my ability to work independently while dealing with high-level stakeholders.

Before transitioning into software development I worked as a recruiter for several years, this massively helped me improve my communication and time management skills.

I successfully completed a rigorous full-stack software engineering program with Makers Academy that emphasized essential software development concepts like TDD, OOP, and agile methodologies. Throughout this program, I engaged in both collaborative and solo projects, enhancing my technical expertise in tools and frameworks like JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. Additionally, I honed my skills in utilizing diverse technologies including CSS, jQuery, Express.js, and Git for effective version control.
