I am a hardworking, resilient and caring individual who has a great work ethic. I have a natural focus on taking the right approach when confronted with difficult situations. I enjoy working in a team and drawing strengths from other people’s experiences and backgrounds.

I can make good decisions quickly and effectively. Looking for a customer focused role where I can utilise my skills and experiences.

I have 6years of kitchen experience including following health and safety, and food hygiene guidelines in the kitchen of a high rated restaurant and an award winning hotel. Ensuring all food is cooked to top standards for the consumers, dating and storing food correctly and disposing of any food no longer suitable to serve to customers. Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.

Ensuring the staff within the kitchen worked together to get all tasks completed on time such as morning preparations of food before the opening of the restaurant for the day. I began as a kitchen porter and have progressed my way to Kitchen team leader through various employment.

In 2018 I began a cartering course. I unfortunatly due to personal circumstances was unable to complete the course but have continued to use any skills learned in my employment.
