• Lead Mechanical Integrity and PSSR compliance activities for static equipment, pressure systems, and piping across petrochemical facilities.
• Develop, review, and update Written Schemes of Examination (WSEs) in line with PSSR Regulation 8, ensuring inspection scope aligns with active Damage Mechanisms.
• Perform RBI (API 580/581) assessments and recommend inspection strategies to optimize cost and risk reduction.
• Assign and validate Damage Mechanisms per API 571 for vessels, heat exchangers, piping circuits, blowdown systems, silencers, and desuperheaters.
• Analyse inspection data (NDT/visual), evaluate degradation trends and recommend repairs, re-rating, or Fitness-For-Service (FFS) as required.
