I am a confident, hardworking and a bubbly person. I love meeting new people as well as learning new skills. I enjoy working in a team as well as having the ability to work alone. I possess customer service skills and have the ability to communicate with customers of all ages.

I have many skills and qualities including: Excellent customer service skills, Communication skills, Numeracy Skills, Knowledge of IT skills in particular Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel) Teamwork skills, Cash Handling skills, Problem Solving Skills and Time Management Skills. I can also swim.
I am currently working in McDonald’s which gives me experience in customer service, hygiene with food and knowledge of health and safety and problem solving.
Also, I have had work experience as at 15 years old I began working in a café/food shop named Fur clemt, where I made and sold homemade bakes during the pandemic with a smile and offered an excellent customer service experience.
Recently finished 01studying City & Guilds Aviation L2. . This allows me to prepare for my career in working in the travel industry. Progressing onto BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Travel and Tourism in September at college.
