- Developed and implemented MP&L launch processes following a period without full new model launch activity, establishing standardised ways of working, governance and operational controls to support future build phases
- Created and led MP&L line walk process, developing documentation, standard work and audit methods to provide consistent station readiness validation and improve visibility of launch status
- Developed and managed engineering validation process, coordinating Engineering, Programme Delivery, Business Protection, MP&L and logistics partners to ensure security compliance and operational requirements were met

- Developed and supported continuous improvement of the kitting processes by working closely with KitLink developer to define operational requirements, improve process flow and enhance functionality
- Identified a lack of control and traceability within parts request process and developed a digital workflow using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate, improving traceability and accountability enabling a more robust audit process
- Utilise SAP EWM and SAP Core to manage and audit inventory, investigate stock discrepancies, extract logistics data and support material flow decisions
- Work collaboratively with logistics partners, Engineering Manufacturing, Plant Launch and Quality stakeholders, influencing delivery requirements and resolving issues, without direct authority
- Act as MP&L Launch and Transformation team safety representative, coordinating attendance on safety walks, identifying risks and supporting improvements through safety meetings

Completed JLR's Manufacturing Technical Support (MTS) programme, combining academic study with practical engineering placements across Material Planning & Logistics and Trim & Final Manufacturing Engineering teams.
- Investigated manufacturing processes and tooling issues using structured engineering problem solving techniques
- Collected and analysed production, tooling and measurement data to identify trends and determine root cause
- Conducted process audits, reviewed tooling specifications and coordinated engineering line trials to validate improvement activities

- Led an engineering improvement project investigating DC tooling failures when securing the Battery Management System (BMS) earth lead.
