• Prepared jobsites for plastering which included removal of any old loose and damaged plaster, priming then patching up holes and voids using bonding coat/plasterboard, and applying a primer to the affected walls and ceilings
• Kept job site tidy and free of trip hazards/obstacles that could hinder works by sweeping and bagging up rubble. Cleaned surrounding areas with a sponge after every set
• Applied finishing plaster to prepared walls and worked to a smooth finish using a trowel, ensuring quality of work using a bright LED lamp to check for imperfections and a flat finish
• Liaised with customers and architects regarding plans for the finished product and kept them up to date with events.

• Expanded knowledge of development, learning practically on-the-job with real-world scenarios as well as exercises & courses.
• Interacted with team over Zoom and Slack as well as Discord and understood the importance of good communication, especially during remote circumstances as well as in-person.
• If limitations were found within my skillset, I attempted to tackle them strategically, setting small goals each day to ensure progress and learning. This method worked very well and these organisational skills helped me to overcome most obstacles I faced.
