I'm an insured and experienced therapist having worked with clients for several years, both on a long and short-term basis, through a variety of issues.
Feedback from my clients is that I provide a friendly, accepting and compassionate attitude that both challenges and supports them through a range of issues.
My counselling approach is integrative – utilising person-centred (humanistic), psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT), to provide a unique counselling experience, tailored to each client.
Most importantly, my aim is to ensure you have a safe and confidential space to talk about your issues and to provide you with an unbiased and supporting ear. By working together, I hope you’ll be able to find ways to better understand where and how to improve your life or discover acceptance if needed.
I am a Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (The BACP) and I adhere to their Ethical Framework, ensuring we work together in a safe and ethical way.
I have worked for several charitable organisations within the Midlands area, helping with concerns ranging from low depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, abuse, psychosis and loss to name a few.
I trained at Coventry University from where I hold a Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
