Visitor Experience Assistant at The Highland Wildlife Park, RZSS (2016-03 – 2020-11)
I worked predominately in the cafe where I prepared and served hot food, operated the till and was In Charge of cashing up at the end of the day. I restocked and rotated stock and put in orders. I was responsible for greeting and serving customers and handling any queries or complaints.
Care worker at The Manor, Mealmore (2021-02 – 2021-09)
In this position I worked 12 hour shifts with a small team of 5 or 2 and we were responsible for between 6 and 9 residents at a time. My responsibilities included waking up and showering residents in the mornings, preparing them for the day, and assisting them with their meals and planning and participating in activities. I would also get them ready for bed and make sure they were settled.
Throughout the day we were responsible for all their needs, e.g. bathroom breaks, meals etc. I worked both day shift and night shifts for the duration of my employment. During the night shifts I would be responsible for making sure all the residents were put to bed and were checked on regularly in case of emergency.
We would also make sure the communal rooms were cleaned and the laundry would be folded and put away, as well as getting some residents up and ready for the day before shift change. I was also responsible for documenting all interactions with the residents.
Packer at Asher's factory (2021-09 – 2022-03)
My main responsibilities as a packer were to package freshly baked products, e.g. bread, rolls, cakes, biscuits, etc. I was later also involved with making and decorating desserts and making new desserts for holidays.
Shift Manager at McDonalds (2022-03 – 2024-06)
In my time at Mcdonalds I worked my way up to shift manager from crew member. As a shift manager, my responsibilities included making up and cashing up tills, the main safe, and getting change when needed. I was also responsible for all the members of staff and customers in the building when running the shift and was first aid trained to deal with medical emergencies.
I interacted with customers and was happy to assist them with orders and any questions or queries. I was responsible for making sure everyone got breaks but the shift had enough cover to succeed.
Cafe Manager at The range (2024-01 – 2024-10)
In this position I am responsible for my staff of 4 and the general running's of the cafe. I make and submit all orders for food and equipment and general maintenance of the equipment. I oversee scheduling for my team and manage holidays and absences. This position is very customer focused. I oversaw handling of all the money made through the cagfe and for making sure it was banked correctly and all relevant paperwork was filled correctly.

In this position, I delivered everything from letters to large parcels in all weathers, from snowstorms to heat waves. I interacted with the public daily and worked hard on building and maintaining positive relationships.
Home Carer at Gateway (2025-03 – 2026-11)
I provided care at home for clients that we unable to fully take cake of themselves. My job required a considerable amount of time, care, attention to detail and pactience as well as a empathetic and respectful manor. Building trust and respect with vurable people on the daily. I was in charge of submitting my own time sheets and fuel expenses in a timely manor and and submitted accuratly.
