I have worked for HMCTS ( His Majesty's Court service ) for 28 years
I currently line manager a team of 24 court clerks
I engage with stakeholders and the judiciary to assist with the smooth running of the criminal justice system.
Line management responsibility , managing attendance, training and development fire safety and security trained, senior person on site training and fire incident and control officer investigations - investigating disciplinaries and grievances , report writing dealing with claims of unlawful arrest and detention managing site projects involving new IT, telephony.
no relevant education since leaving school with the required 5 O'levels for joining the civil service however I complete the on line mandatory training each year and have completed training in the workplace on project management, how to conduct an investigation, interview skills mentoring and training .
