I am an experienced health and wellbeing professional with years of experience working with professionals across public health, primary and secondary care, and corporate wellbeing. I am currently in the process of completing my Level 3 Counselling Skills, to enhance my ability to listen actively, communicate empathetically, and support individuals through complex or stressful situations. In my current role, at The Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic I work one-to-one with clients in both clinical and corporate settings, supporting improvements in communication, stress management, and anxiety resilience.

I have recently founded Anxiety Stop, where I run evening clinics twice a week using NLP tools to help clients with goal setting, confidence, and managing anxiety. I have also delivered workshops for organisations including Derbyshire County Council, working with schools and mental health teams, the Department of Work and Pensions, and a range of charities. This work deepens my communication and behavior change and sharpens the skills I bring into business development building trust, creating solutions, and engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Worked on a Health and Safety project to ensure that local factories know of availability of HSE compliant PPE. Each project was bespoke i.e. find out what the factory uses, what they are paying, where they are purchasing from and if they are using the best equipment for the job. I have met with the manufacturers for PPE at head office and as a result I link in legislation experts in safety footwear/ gloves, eye protection etc.
This is instrumental for negotiating contracts up to 3 years with large factories in engineering.
