As a Senior Business Analyst with over 21 years of experience, I have delivered customer-facing solutions in various sectors, including telecom, media, retail, and health. I have a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving adoption of solutions that create value and impact. I hold an ISEB Diploma and a SAFe Agile certification, and I am proficient in Agile and traditional methodologies, application development and delivery, and business requirement re-engineering.
My passion is to test-drive solutions, whether simple or complex, to help investigate the best outcome. I have expertise in discovery phase planning, impact analysis, process mapping, customer journey mapping, traceability matrix management, and Salesforce CRM. I also have experience in preparing for RFI/RFP vendor selection, producing and delivering training materials, and developing business operating models.
I enjoy working in a complex digital business environment, where I can leverage my skills and knowledge to support the organization's vision and goals. Most recently, I worked as a Lead Business Analyst at Checkatrade.com, where I was part of the PPMO team that was responsible for delivering digital transformation projects across the company.
