- I have been doing tv acting since the age of 10. This means I have to take part in a range of acting workshops which has helped give me the confidence to go into unknown places.
- Also tv acting makes you think on the spot which helps with my decision making. I have been to la twice once in 2019 and once in 2021 with my agent which gave me a lot of skill to be able do things independently and work things out for myself.

- This has given me the skills to work with children and know what they like and don't like. It has also helped me show my fun side to help entertain them.
- Child care is a massive part of this role working as and when needed as a side hustle.

- In this role I learnt about key areas within the retail industry and the importance of retail processes behind scenes and front of house.
- In this role I worked primarily on checkouts completing till training to a competent standard.
- This role involved work involving customer service and communication with colleagues.
Ride Host - Alton Towers Resort - Alton Towers Resort
(2022-09)
- In this role of a ride host at the Alton Towers Resort I have gained some strong experience working within teams of up to 60 personnel.
- Health and safety is a huge part of this role, it is vital in this role for me to remain vigilant to my surroundings and be alert to any dangers or risks that could pose a threat to customers
- In this role I have learnt the importance of communication within teams working closely with multiple departments and personnel within the resort. I have learnt different methods of communication via hand signals, Telecommunications and park radio. I feel this role has taught me the importance of having strong phone etiquette skills.
- Customer service is also a big part of this role, making sure I oblige to Merlin entertainments mission statements to ensure customer have a "Magical Experience".
- Complaint handling is also a key skill that I have learnt over the past few seasons at the Alton Towers resort. Many complaints are due to ride reliability and downtime and crowd numbers being to busy. Over time I have learnt how to handle these types of complaints and maintain and friendly family environment at the theme park not allowing complaints to get to further and resolving them to the best of my ability. A lot of this plays into the customer service training provided by the company.
