I am a Nottingham Trent BA Honours Graduate with a second class, second honours degree in Criminology. After graduating, I fulfilled a long term ambition of travelling briefly around South East Asia, and upon return I have been very focused on pursuing a suitable career. I am hard working and enthusiastic, eager to apply myself fully to any task I am presented with.

I enjoy being part of a team as I listen and co-operate well with others, as well as being a self-motivated, confident individual, driven to complete all tasks I am set.

Police Emergency Call Handler - Nottinghamshire Police

Upon completing my Criminology degree in 2013 I wanted to secure a job within the Police force, however they weren't recruiting at the time. I now work as an Emergency Call Handler and have done so for the last 5 years in a role that gives me great job satisfaction.

• To ensure that all 101 non-emergency and 999 emergency calls are answered within agreed Force performance targets
• Recording incidents using the force command and control system, ensuring accurate input and retrieval of data and taking any appropriate action in line with the Data Protection Act and GDPR. investigating and resolving enquiries
• Gathering sufficient details to risk assess, listening for vital details and logging information quickly, accurately and in a professional manner

Lettings Negotiator - haart

After working at Reeds Rains I applied for the role of Negotiator with haart for a permanent position as I wish to build a stable career. haart are extremely good at promoting within and providing continual training development programmes which is important to me within this role.

Healthcare assistant - Lloyds Pharmacy

I started at Lloyds Pharmacy as a Sales Assistant in 2007. During my first two years I was determined to carry out the necessary coursework and exams to successfully qualify as a Healthcare Assistant in June 2009. I worked here from the age of 16 as part time work and also throughout my time at University. I also returned to the branch for a couple of months after my travelling experience.
