I have been working as Fitness instructor for Wirral council. I work in a fast paced environment which require's customer service skills, multitasking, making bookings, using the till system, handling cash and other payment methods. My strengths are, my 'people skills'. I am passionate about helping people and want to make a positive difference in people's lives. I consider myself to be kind, compassionate and I am good team player.

Fitness instructor - Leisure Centre attendant - Wirral Council - Bidston

I am currently working at Bidston Leisure centre as a fitness instructor and leisure attendant. My role includes working with the public on a daily basis. I do many different jobs within the centre including helping new members when they join by showing them around the facilities. I then take them into the fitness suite for their gym induction. This helps to build people's confidence and I give them an individual program to follow and offer ongoing support.

• Work within the soft play area with families ensuring a safe environment by following correct procedures for public safety
• Oversee children's birthday parties and ensure everything goes to plan
• Make teas and coffee in the cafe area and serve to the public
• Prepare hot and cold food in the kitchen area for the soft play area
• Work at the reception desk signing people up for new gym memberships
• Take bookings for football or badminton and answer enquiries about the leisure centre
• Keep all public areas clean and tidy
